HOW DO I DETERMINE MY SIZE?

Please reference our Size Chart and reach out to Customer Service if you have questions.

WHAT IF MY SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK?

Add your email address to our back in stock list by selecting your size on the product you'd like to purchase and then clicking "notify me when back in stock". You will then be prompted to submit your email address and we will let you know as soon as your size is available again!

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We offer complimentary FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day shipping within the continental USA. 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after leaving the Ankari-Floruss facility. Risk of lost/stolen goods purchased from ankarifloruss.com transfer to the recipient upon delivery of your items from our facility to the carrier. Should anything happen to your order after it has been delivered please file a claim with the delivery service.

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. When all your items are in your shopping cart and you are ready to purchase, choose the "Outside the U.S.?" button instead of “Checkout’. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service. Should you decide to Return your purchased item, the Customer is fully responsible for Return Shipment Costs for International Orders.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

At this time, we do not ship to any P.O. Boxes for security reasons.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Ground shipping is complimentary within the continental USA. You will also see the option to select overnight or 2-day shipping via FedEx for an additional fee. International shipping charges depend on your exact location.

WILL I GET A RECEIPT AFTER I ORDER?

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation email will also be sent with a copy of your receipt included in the body of the email.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

Each order is immediately sent to be processed and fulfilled so it can be difficult to amend or update. Because of this, please be sure to check your cart carefully before your order is submitted. If you find an issue with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we will do our best to accommodate you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed for shipping.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your shoes for a full refund within 30 days of the original shipping date. All returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.

Return shipping is always complimentary for orders placed within the United States. To start your return, click here and have your order number ready. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx drop box or FedEx store. 


You'll receive an email notification as soon as your returned item(s) have been received and quality inspected by our team. If the item(s) meet the return criteria specified above, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt. 

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately by emailing info@ankarifloruss.com. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident, will not be considered defective and will be unable to be warrantied.

I AM RETURNING AN ITEM. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY RETURN PACKAGE IS RECEIVED?

You will receive an email notification when your return package is received at our facility.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS?

Once your items have been received and quality checked by our team, your refund will be issued within 7 days. You will receive an email verifying issuance of the refund.
