If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your shoes for a full refund within 30 days of the original shipping date. All returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.
For domestic orders: Return shipping is always complimentary for orders placed within the United States. To start your return, click here and have your order number ready. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx drop box or FedEx store.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your returned item(s) have been received and quality inspected by our team. If the item(s) meet the return criteria specified above, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident, will not be considered defective and will be unable to be warrantied.
For international returns outside of the US: Indicate on your package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. If you choose to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. Free returns and exchanges are only offered within the US. If you are an international customer, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Ankari Floruss.
